Letters From Our Customers

The following are unsolicited e-mails and letters from our customers.

Dear Al and Scott,
Never in my wildest dreams did I expect my S-10 (now SS-10) to turn out as it did. To have a project of those proportions done on time, within budget projections and with zero problems is a tribute to what you guys can do.
I have had many great vehicles over the years, but this one is far and above the best and most fun of them all.
In addition to creating just a great machine, more importantly, you did it in such a way that you both became good friends of Helen and mine.
Thanks for all you did!
Cordially,
Dick Garvey

Al and Scot:
It was a great pleasure meeting you guys. Your professionalism overwhelmed me! The car(79 Ferrari 308 GTS) runs awesome!!!(Just ask the guy in the Vette) Your professionalism inspired me!
Thanks,
John Santouris

Al, Scott, Tony and Crew:
Many thanks for the hospitality, expertise repairs, free dyno test and transportation to Danvers last month. What a refreshing difference dealing with a group that has passion for cars instead of units. As you know, I have spent may months at two different dealerships trying to get proper repairs done to my GTS (96 Viper GTS). I can assure you the level of competence and pride in workmanship at ACS far exceeds anything I've seen at a dealership. I have referred Eroll Flynn from Chelmsford, who owns a 96 roadster, to you for service. I also am letting M. Savage of Viper Club of New England know there is a facility in our area that can service Vipers at a level that exceeds factory training.
I look forward to seeing you at ACS and other club events.

Hello Al:
Thanks for everything. Your offer to come and get me to take a look at why I broke down in Laconia was most generous. I appreciated it. You were the only one of three calls that I made that cared. I was two miles away from Wareham Susuki when I called them for help and the told me "We'll look at it next week!" Anyway, Thanks for all you have done for me.
Thanks,

Dear Al:
Just a note to let you know that I'm really pleased with the job you did on my CB-900C. It runs great! But more than that, What impressed me the most was that you took time when I brought the bike in to go over my list, item by item. It made me feel like my concerns were important to you also. Every time I called, I was treated with courtesy and respect as well. These days it's tough to find people in business with that kind of professionalism and courtesy.
Thanks again for doing a great job.
See you down the road.
